Amazing experience. I did a facial massage. It was very extensively taking care of your facial skin, the neck and collar bone area. they make use of all the time you booked to give you the best service. I really appreciated and I will come back for sure

We went there for the first time for couples massage. The massage was not that good or thorough. The masseuses did not understand or speak English or Dutch, thus couldn't communicate needs. It was suppose to be full body massage but both massages were done in a sloppy, careless manner. The spa center and the rooms were clean and nice so can say that overall experience was just okay. Tho for the massage itself, there is no difference between getting one or not getting one..

Thank you for your visit and feedback. Sorry to know that our service did not meet your wish.

We are shock to read the negative feedback about poor communication skills you experienced. We have daily front desk colleague who do the intake with customers. You are welcome to tell our front desk your expectations. Both therapists who massaged you passed A2 Dutch exam. They both can do daily communicate in Dutch. According to one therapist, she indeed had short communication with one of you regarding your request “ extra time on arms”. She confirmed with you that she will spend more time to massage on arms when you turn around later.

We are sorry if there was any miscommunication in between. We will bring this complaint to our future training to avoid the same mistake in the future.

Working with 15 therapists from different backgrounds, we all have at least 8 + years working experience. Your satisfaction is on our priority list. We also respect your opinion and understand we cannot satisfy everyone since massage is indeed very personal experience. We wish you all the best.
