Dear Yaz, thank you for your feedback. As we carefully checked in our system, your appointment was done in march. However you choose to leave review in end of May. Therefore we could not help you resolve the complain in time . Still we should apologize for any bad experience you might had with us in march. Each of our room is with heater and extra electric warm blanket on bed. In summer each room is with electric fans. During the treatment if you ever feel hot or cold, you are welcome to immediately tell your therapist. We are more than happy to adjust for you. During the treatment we always confirm 3 times with customer if everything was fine. If our therapist failed the standard communication, we would sincerely apologize for that. We will bring this complain to our team training to make sure we deliver our treatment in the best quality. Again thank you for you time :)

Each of our room is featured with heating system and each bed is with electric warm blanket. In the summer each room is with electric fans. If you ever feel warm or cold, you just need tell your therapist and we are more than happy to provide the best possible temperature for you. Again we apologize for the communication problem.
